However if you are a working adult or visitor with Medibank and do not hold a Medicare card, you will be charged a 15% gap fee, to be paid in cash when the doctor arrives.

Yes you can. Please keep in mind you will need the patient’s information and verbal consent to book on behalf of the patient.
Unfortunately, due to location and to avoid long waiting times, we are not able to assign a specific doctor for a patient.
Depending on traffic and doctor’s schedule we advise 1 to 4 hours.

Family Home Doctors is engaged with General Practices, Residential Aged Care Facilities, Disability Services, Retirement Villages and Mental Health Services, to ensure their patients have access to the same high standard of medical care around the clock. If your call is diverted to Family Home Doctors it is simply so we can take bookings on behalf of your usual doctor for any urgent after hours needs.
